Carole Foley has over 16 years of leadership in the Canadian pharmaceutical market, focusing on innovative approaches to marketing, market access, pricing, and government affairs. She is passionate about stakeholder engagement and collaboration across health ecosystems to help create better health for all Canadians. Throughout her career, Carole has championed diversity, equity, and inclusion; most recently leading the Award-Winning Women’s Employee Resource Group at Novo Nordisk which creates initiatives to ensure career equity for all genders. Prior to her career in pharma, Carole was a researcher at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, studying various aspects of women’s health. She holds a PhD in Fetal Physiology from Western University.
