I belong to a Family Health Group located in a culturally-diverse neighbourhood in North Toronto. In addition to my busy practice, I have a keen interest in Continuing Professional Development. I have been organizing and moderating bi-weekly educational meetings for my peers on a variety of medical topics since 2004. I am a member of the following Scientific Planning Committees: Ontario College of Family Physicians (Family Medicine Summit 2023, 2024), Canadian Medical Association (Joule-Physician Leadership Institute), University of Toronto Gastroenterology and Hepatology for the Primary Care Practitioner CME (Spring 2024), University of Toronto Obstetrics & Gynaecology Mature Women’s Health CME (April 2024). I am also a member of the North Western Toronto Ontario Health Team Primary Care Physician Association Executive Committee.
