Sales Performance and Projects Lead, Vaccines

Shailee is a commercial leader with a proven track record in driving digital transformation, brand building, and commercial and sales strategies. Her breadth of experience spans local, regional, and global levels across sales, marketing, and commercial excellence. As the Vaccines Sales Performance and Project Lead at GSK Canada, she is responsible for the sales performance of GSK’s vaccine portfolio and leads various projects, including the launch of an AI tool for the field force.

Prior to her current role, she was the Product Manager for GSK’s Established Brands portfolio, where she delivered innovative digital campaigns and managed a portfolio of brands worth over $300 million. Before that, she led a data analytics team of more than 60 people for emerging markets, encompassing over 43 markets, delivering projects across business intelligence, commercial excellence, multi-channel marketing, and pricing and market access.

Shailee has held several roles with increasing responsibility, including Global Multichannel Marketing Lead for General Medicines, District Sales Manager, Brand Manager, and Management Trainee. She is results-driven, innovative, and a strategic leader with a problem-solving aptitude. She has demonstrated the ability to lead large matrix teams and deliver performance in an agile and fast-paced environment. She is a great believer in building a diverse team and supporting talent development across different levels.

She holds an MBA degree with a specialization in pharmaceutical marketing and a bachelor’s in pharmacy.
